Combine turmeric, ginger, cloves, nutmeg, cinnamon, cardamom, black pepper and milks, and whisk until smooth.
Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat whisking near constantly to prevent burning. Reduce heat and simmer for 3-ish minutes. Add maple syrup and vanilla; whisk to combine.
Remove from heat, strain and serve in a large mug. Top with optional coconut whip and cinnamon or nutmeg for garnish.
