- 1 pkg thick cut fries or waffle fries, prepared according to package directions
- 1 pkg St Hubert Poutine Gravy, prepared according to package directions **Check ingredients – the POWDERED version is vegan; the canned version is not.**
- 5 slices Chao Original, ripped into pieces
In a large serving dish, sprinkle pieces of Chao cheese on top of the cooked fries. Drizzle with gravy and serve immediately.
