A Vegan Version of a Canadian Classic

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg thick cut fries or waffle fries, prepared according to package directions
  • 1 pkg St Hubert Poutine Gravy, prepared according to package directions **Check ingredients - the POWDERED version is vegan; the canned version is not.**
  • 5 slices Chao Original, ripped into pieces

Instructions

  1. In a large serving dish, sprinkle pieces of Chao cheese on top of the cooked fries. Drizzle with gravy and serve immediately.
