In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the coconut oil.
Once melted, add the cereal to the marshmallows, continuing to stir until the cereal is thoroughly coated. Take 1/2 cup of the mixture, and form it into a flat circle, like a pancake, and place on a lined or greased cookie sheet. You should get about 8 circles. Be careful - the marshmallows will still be quite warm. Allow to sit for about 30 minutes, until set.
