Simple Coleslaw Dressing
Ingredients
- ⅔ cup vegan mayonnaise
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- 2 tbsp dijon mustard
- 2 tsp apple cider vinegar
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp fresh ground pepper
Instructions

Combine ingredients in a large measuring cup, and whisk together with a fork. Makes enough to cover 3-ish cups of shredded slaw mix, or 1 small (397g) bag.
