Easy cold salad staple for BBQs and picnics.

Simple Coleslaw Dressing

Ingredients

  • cup vegan mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 2 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp fresh ground pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine ingredients in a large measuring cup, and whisk together with a fork. Makes enough to cover 3-ish cups of shredded slaw mix, or 1 small (397g) bag.
